What Makes This Role Different (AI-First)At NTPTECH, AI is not optional—it is mandatory. We believe AI accelerates human thought and execution.AI Tools Allowance: The company covers 50% of your AI tool costs (IT budget).Acceleration of Thought: We use NotebookLM as our knowledge brain and Gemini Canvas as our documentation front-end to minimize manual labor and maximize consistency.Human-in-the-Loop (Constraint): AI generates drafts and automates routine tasks, but the logical integrity, accuracy, and final quality control are solely owned by the human expert. You must be able to catch what AI misses.1. Business Analysis & Spec Translation (50%)Intent-to-Spec: Analyze the CEO’s high-level, unstructured business ideas and translate them into Deterministic Technical Specifications (SRS/LLD).Requirement Logic: Deconstruct complex features into logical structures (If-Then-Else, state machines) to ensure architectural clarity.Stakeholder Coordination: Orchestrate requirements between the CEO, the dev team, and global partners based on the "Single Source of Truth" (Spec).2. Technical Writing & Knowledge Lifecycle (50%)Knowledge Management (Constraint): Act as the Knowledge Manager. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of documents, ensuring that new requirements do not conflict with existing logic using NotebookLM.Documentation Acceleration: Leverage Gemini Canvas to produce high-quality documentation at 5x speed, while maintaining absolute precision.SSoT (Single Source of Truth) Maintenance: Treat the documentation as the authoritative blueprint for the entire system (Specification-Driven Development).

Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Technical Writing (Senior level).Logical Thinking (Constraint): Exceptional ability to translate abstract ideas into structured, logical, and deterministic language.Traits: A Fast Thinker with high comprehension skills. Ability to synthesize vast amounts of information into concise, actionable documentation.AI Adoption: Must be comfortable in an AI-first environment. We teach you our "AI-First" playbooks, but proactive adoption is required.Language: Fluency in English and Vietnamese is mandatory.Technical Writing: Strong typing skills and the ability to maintain precision under fast-paced iteration cycles.Preferred ExperienceExperience with startups or small, elite teams where multi-role agility is required.Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (SDD) or Harness Engineering concepts.Living near HITC / Cau Giay (commute-friendly).
