We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Senior C++ Developer. You will be one of the key contributors in our organization and develop high quality system solution following well-known workflows and best practices. Being our developer, you will focus to:Contribute to the development and enhancement of the platform to meet high performance and scalability requirementsParticipate in the multi-year initiative to upgrade and expand the platform’s capabilities for future growthAssist users in resolving technical challenges encountered while using the backtesting / simulation softwareDiagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the performance and throughput of the platformProvide technical support and guidance to ensure optimal use of the platform by thousands of usersCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical solutionsDocument and share knowledge on best practices and solutions for common technical issues encountered by usersWork closely with quantitative researchers and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the platformContinuously monitor and analyze platform performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Must have:5+ years of production-quality C++ development, preferably on LinuxStrong knowledge of Linux system programming, memory management, and multithreadingDeep understanding of data structures, algorithms, high-performance application design, and concurrency patternsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyProficiency in English for technical communication and documentationNice to have:Experience with Python for scripting, prototyping, or tool supportKnowledge of distributed systems or large-scale system architectureExperience with graph data processing or streaming/dataflow systemsFamiliarity with quantitative finance platforms, back-testing, or simulation frameworks
