– Manage and process monthly payroll, SHUI, PIT accurately and timely;
– Support colleagues to optimize their benefits in compliance with Company's policies and labor laws;
– Support to manage employee data & documents to meet internal & external requirements & ensure legalization;–
– Manage and update internal HR processes in compliance with Company's policies and labor laws;
– Build a healthy and cooperative working relationship with internal colleagues, and local Authorities or Office (Tax, social insurance, audit…)
– Other duties and tasks as directed by Line Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Accounting or related majors
– More than 2 or 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Good at English (both speaking and writing)
– Excellent MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Good understanding about Labor laws and other related laws & regulations (SHUI, PIT, etc.)
– Being able to keep information confidential
