Own the full content calendar: ideation, creation, and publishing (socials, website, app, emails, and blogs).Execute content production: writing, video editing, design, and publishing.
Coordinate content needs across other teams (product marketing, social/community, BD).
Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Support influencer collaborations through content asset preparation, quality checks, and publishing.
Maintain a consistent publishing cadence: weekly videos, blogs, email marketing, monthly campaigns, and educational materials.
Key Metrics
Weekly/monthly content volume.
Engagement on content (CTR, shares, saves).
Organic traffic growth.
Contribution to campaign outcomes (sign-ups, leads).

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on content creation (writing, short videos, design).
Portfolio of content assets across media types.
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in content creation and management and/or influencer marketing within a marketplace or tech environment.
Passion for empowering freelancers, startups, and small businesses.
