MarsConnect is seeking a highly independent and self-motivated Senior Content Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our content creation and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, as there is no Marketing Manager for guidance. This role involves managing and producing content for various media channels, including social media, the company website, the MarsConnect app, and offline events.Write and develop original, high-quality content for various platforms without supervision.Independently manage content creation and strategy across multiple platforms:Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Zalo, Viber, etc.): Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform’s unique audience and format. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, and utilize each platform’s strengths (e.g., short-form videos on TikTok, professional content on LinkedIn, and interactive features on Instagram). Monitor trends, run paid campaigns, and leverage analytics to optimize reach and engagement.Company Website: Keep content up-to-date, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.MarsConnect App: Manage in-app content to drive user engagement and interaction.Develop and execute content marketing strategies to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.Collaborate with other teams (design, product) to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business goals.Analyze performance data and independently adjust content strategies to improve engagement.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.MarsConnect Target Audience:Core: 25-35 years oldExtended: 18-45 years oldProfile: Gen Z, Millennials, tech-savvy, e-commerce enthusiasts, , with a strong interest in personal financial management and planning.

Must-have:Age below 35.Fluent in English (or Chinese, if applicable). Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Experience: 2-4 years in content marketing or related roles, experience working in insurance or fintech marketing, understanding customer needs and behaviors in these sectors.Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of content projects from conception to execution.Proficiency in managing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Zalo, Viber), websites, apps, and offline events. Strong content creation skills, with a focus on producing engaging content for tech-savvy, e-commerce-driven audiences.Ability to analyze campaign performance data and adapt strategies to optimize results.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously without supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.Nice to have:Experience in fintech or tech startups.Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) to complement content creation.Experience in organizing and managing events, including activations, workshops, and product soft launches.
