Senior CS Engineer or CS Engineer

The Senior / CS Engineer is responsible for leading and providing technical expertise in the design, analysis, and implementation of civil and structural engineering works. The role includes managing project coordination, ensuring compliance with international and local standards, and guiding C&S teams to deliver high-quality engineering design solutions.Key Responsibilities for Senior CS Engineer- Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural systems, including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and retaining walls;- Perform complex calculations and simulations using software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent;- Review and endorse engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and tender documents;- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international design codes and standards;- Coordinate with other disciplines and external consultants for seamless design integration;- Participate in client and consultant meetings, presenting technical solutions and recommendations;- Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure quality control throughout project stages;- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers;- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve practices.
