Educational Background: Master’s degree preferred in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree in these fields is also acceptableProfessional Experience: At least 5 years working in DA role with proven leadership experience, ideally within eCommerce or Tech-startupsTechnical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL and BI tools, along with a strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and real-time data monitoring. Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is essentialAnalytical Skills: Superior ability to analyze complex datasets and utilize advanced data visualization techniques to derive actionable insightsCommunication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting complex data insights clearly and influencing strategic decisionsLeadership Skills: Demonstrated ability in leading data teams, promoting collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic environmentInnovative Thinking: Ability to keep pace with industry trends in data analytics methodologies and tools, applying this knowledge to drive the business forward
