Senior Data Analyst

Lead the gathering, processing, and analysis of extensive datasets to uncover trends and insights that can enhance in-game performance and player experience. Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team. Collaborate closely with various teams, including game designers, developers, UA, and product managers, to define game objectives and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators and strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership. Proactively identify and champion areas for growth and optimization by leading the analysis of player behavior, in-game economy, and content performance. Oversee the design and implementation of A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed changes, ensuring statistical significance and providing informed recommendations. Continuously monitor and analyze game performance to ensure product goals are met and to inform and influence future development strategies. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in gaming analytics to drive ongoing improvement and innovation within the team.
