Senior Data Engineer (Big data, AWS)

5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 1+ year managing contractors or small teams Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field Proven experience in architecting data solutions on AWS platforms Expertise in big data, analytics, database management, event-driven architecture, microservices, DevOps, and machine learning operations in the cloud Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NodeJS, Java, etc. Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus Strong understanding of IT cloud concepts including architecture, security, serverless, monitoring, and networking Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to tailor communication to different audiences Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in both production and development environments Ability to research and resolve complex technical issues independently Possession of industry-recognized cloud data engineering certifications
