It is a philosophy, a way of thinking, a way of being — a compass for life and work in a changing world. About The Product:The core product of AI+DI is a digital companion — always by the side of each individual and organization, anytime and anywhere — helping them understand themselves, unlock their potential, and make decisions grounded in a balance of reason, emotion, and the natural laws. From this foundation, we are building the AI+DI ecosystem of Divine Intelligence, where every digital tool exists to serve the harmonious development of both human beings and the world they live in. AIDI means Awakening Inner Depths Intelligently and Aligning Intellect by Divine IntelligenceWhat You Will Do: Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures to support AI, analytics, and business intelligence needs. Build and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT), ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Implement and optimize incremental load and Change Data Capture (CDC) processes for large-scale data systems. Develop and maintain data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Optimize Lakehouse tables for query performance, storage efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Manage data governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Enforce data security standards, including encryption, access control, and monitoring. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to deliver clean, well-structured datasets. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing data infrastructure for performance and scalability. Lead the adoption of best practices in data engineering, documentation, and version control.
