Senior Data Engineer (Python, MySQL)

We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer who’s not only technically solid but also eager to shape the future of data at Epsilo. In this role, you won’t just build pipelines — you’ll be a key architect behind our data-driven decision-making, enabling multiple teams to move faster, smarter, and at scale.As a senior member of our Data team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end data solutions powering critical initiatives, including our Marketing Automation Platform. You’ll lead the design of robust data models and pipelines to unify user behavior data from platforms like Shopee, Meta, TikTok, and more — transforming fragmented signals into a cohesive customer profile.Key Activities Data Modeling & Metrics: Develop and maintain data models for transactional, analytical, and predictive use cases. Define key business metrics and enable stakeholders to generate insights. Analytics & Data Products: Design analytics solutions and scalable data products for marketing, operations, and finance. Data Mart Management: Maintain SAS Data Mart, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization. Data Quality & Governance: Implement quality assurance, enforce governance policies, and develop metadata management systems. Automation & Optimization: Automate data pipelines, optimize transformations, and improve query performance. Collaboration & Innovation: Work with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and integrate new technologies.
