OBJECTIVES• Senior Data Governance Specialist works under the guidance of Head of Data Architecture & Governance Department to ensure ongoing monitoring and remediation of data to meet data quality targets in accordance to the company data architecture and also ensures that data comply with data management strategies, policies, and standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Work on the daily tasks assigned by Head of Data Architecture & Governance Department• Participate in the design and creation of master data management, data quality, and data integration strategies and solutions to improve the quality of critical business data• Develop & implement processes to continuously monitor data quality. Ensure that the data meets appropriate standards for completeness, accuracy, validity, timelines and relevance for intended use• Perform data reconciliation and check the data from time to time to ensure correct data• Work with business data owners and users to establish data quality metrics & thresholds• Monitor and measure data quality across line of business and improvement opportunities• Utilize data profiling and data quality tools as well as various data sources to uncover and determine root causes of data quality issues• Support other Business Units in implementation of data quality errors remediation plan• Prepare data quality report and communicate result with relevant Business Units, provide periodic (weekly, monthly) reports related to tactical data quality issue meetings and tracking communication

REQUIREMENTSEducationUniversity degree holder, preferably in IT areasExperienceAt least 3+ years’ experience in Data Governance, Data Quality or Data Management preferable in Financial ServicesSkillsHands on experience in data governance and quality framework and good skills in the areas of data profiling, monitoring and data change/issue management processesExperience with data governance/ profiling tools Good in building Data Quality dashboardsAbility to perform root cause analysisHave a solid knowledge of IBM, Oracle, JIRA, etc Good oral and written communication, planning and decision-making skillsPossess analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong time management skill
