1/ Build Intelligent Models That Drive the Business Design, train, and deploy ML models across key use cases: customer segmentation, churn prediction, CLV estimation, propensity scoring, recommendation engines, anomaly/fraud detection, and more. Architect scalable modeling pipelines and experiment rigorously to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance in production.2/ Deep-Dive Analytics at Scale Explore and analyze massive customer datasets to uncover behavioral patterns, trends, and drivers of engagement. Translate exploratory insights into actionable strategies that elevate customer experience and loyalty performance. 3/ Partner Across the Business Collaborate with Product Owners, Loyalty teams, Marketing, and airline business units to scope analytical needs and define data-driven solutions. Present insights and recommendations that inform strategic and operational decision-making. 4/ Experimentation & Optimization Build and maintain A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of ML models and interventions. Analyze experiment outcomes, identify lift, and optimize strategies across customer touchpoints. 5/ Production-Ready Machine Learning Work closely with Data Engineers to prepare high-quality features, streamline pipelines, and deploy models into operational systems. Monitor long-term model performance, manage drift, and retrain to maintain relevance and accuracy. 6/ Technical Communication & Leadership Simplify complex ML concepts for both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders. Potentially mentor junior Data Scientists/Analysts as the team grows. Stay current with emerging ML/AI technologies and proactively introduce new approaches to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of hands-on experience applying data science to real-world business problems—preferably in customer analytics, loyalty, e-commerce, or airline domains. Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.Proficiency in Python or R, with experience using frameworks such as Scikitlearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark MLlib. Strong data manipulation skills using SQL, Pandas, and distributed processing tools (Spark). Experience with model deployment or MLOps pipelines is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead analytical projects end-to-end. Preferred: Experience in personalization, loyalty modeling, or airline analytics.Knowledge of model monitoring, data pipeline orchestration, and feature engineering at scale. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD workflows for ML.
