This project aims to analyze and redesign the client's current in-house software development processes and environment in order to improve development quality and shorten delivery cycles. The work focuses on conducting a comprehensive assessment of the existing development workflow, methodologies, and tool usage, identifying challenges, and defining the requirements for future improvements. Based on the analysis, a structured design document will be delivered, outlining the proposed process enhancements, methodology refinements, and an integrated toolchain architecture (PMT). This design will serve as the foundation for subsequent implementation phases planned through 2026, enabling the client to establish a modern, efficient, and scalable software development environment. Lead, mentor, and manage a DevOps teamCollaborate with SWF Architect on architecture, infrastructure, and tool integrationDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelinesImplement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automationDeploy, configure, and maintain DevOps and ALM toolsManage AWS infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost efficiencyProvide coaching, training, and support on tools and workflowsMaintain documentation and guidelines for processes and toolsDevelop dashboards and centralized landing pages for visibility into projectsRecommend and implement new tools, technologies, and process improvementsSupport multiple platforms, including embedded automotive systemsContribute to Agile practices and cross-team workflow improvements

Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and ALM tools (Codebeamer, Polarion)Strong CI/CD pipeline development experience across multiple platforms in Zuul, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub ActionsSolid understanding of AWS cloud infrastructureInfrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise using Plummi or TerraformExperience in scripting/automation (Python, Bash) and configuration management (Ansible)Proven experience designing and deploying DevOps platforms or Software FactoriesLeadership and team mentorship abilitiesGood teamwork skillsMinimum 5 years in DevOps or similar rolesNice to have:Communication skills in JapaneseExperience in embedded automotive software development (Android Automotive, AUTOSAR, Embedded Linux, QNX)Familiarity with Agile methodologiesExperience in dashboard/landing page development and workflow documentation
