Owning the complete Social Suite — SocialHeat, SocialTrend, and SocialLift — and leveraging EcomHeat from YouNet Group, we provide both platforms and actionable services that transform data into intelligence and drive measurable business impact.With technology at our core and deep expertise in analytics and consulting, YouNet Media empowers over 500 top brands to make smarter decisions, optimize execution, and achieve sustainable growth in the era of Digital Commerce and AI. "We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our infrastructure strategy, ensuring the reliability and scalability of systems processing billions of data points through advanced CI/CD and Kubernetes orchestration." ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESCI/CD & Automation: Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Microservices architecture across all environments: DEV, QA, STAGING, UAT, and PRODUCTION.System Reliability & Performance: Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions to improve system stability; follow up on incidents and ensure definitive resolution.Infrastructure Management: Responsible for building and operating high-scale systems according to project requirements and technical designs.Team Empowerment: Manage work plans for DevOps staff, assign tasks, and supervise performance; take responsibility for mentoring and developing the careers of team members.Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Director on the infrastructure roadmap and support engineering needs across various project teams.REQUIREMENTSExperience: 5+ years of working experience in DevOps or Infrastructure System Engineering roles.Containerization & Orchestration: In-depth knowledge of Docker Containers and Kubernetes (K8s); experience with VMware or similar virtualization systems.CI/CD Mastery: Proven experience implementing CI/CD using tools like Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.Distributed Systems & Networking: Experience in monitoring and caching systems: Apache Kafka, Istio, Grafana, Prometheus, Redis.
