Senior DevOps Engineer (SRE/Platform Engineer)

Job DescriptionOur HCM is an enterprise HR SaaS platform currently in active operation and continuous expansion. The system covers Core HR, Attendance, Payroll, Advance HR, Employee Self-Service (ESS), HR Development, Workflow Automation, System Integrations, and Custom Modules for Enterprise Clients.The Senior DevOps Engineer will lead and optimize DevOps practices for Humanica’s HR SaaS platform, managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD), implementing GitOps workflows, and automating infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible. The role includes designing and executing modern deployment strategies such as blue-green and canary releases, managing Kubernetes environments, and enforcing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), deployment standards, runbooks, and rollback procedures.
