Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar4+ years of experience in a DevOps roleExpertise in AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or AzureStrong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, etcAdvanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java, and writing code and scriptsHaving experience in implementing for banks is an advantageAbility to oversee and mentor junior software developers, as well as report to managementAbility to install and configure software, gather test-stage data, and perform de-buggingAbility to ensure smooth software deployment by writing script updates and running diagnosticsProficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metricsAdvanced knowledge of best practices related to data encryption and cybersecurityExperience integrating project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence with development processes and delivery pipelines is a plusAbility to keep up with software development trends and innovationPreferred certifications: AWS, GCP, ITIL, Net+
