This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional, capable of developing and implementing omni-channel marketing strategies and campaigns, that highlight the factory’s capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with our European General Director and other teams to expand our customer base and elevate our brand presence in the market.- Develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and attract new clients.- Identify market opportunities through research and competitor analysis. - Manage website content and optimize for SEO, conduct keyword research to identify high-performing terms and develop strategies for improving search engine rankings and driving traffic. - Analyze website performance using analytics tools and prepare actionable reports for optimization. - Plan and execute campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal results. - Run online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn and other online platforms). - Develop and schedule creative content across online and social media platforms to enhance visibility. - Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and adapt strategies. - Plan and manage participation in international exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings. - Ensure brand consistency and effective representation at events. - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives. - Create engaging marketing materials (brochures, presentations, catalogs).- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI. - Manage the entire marketing workflow independently, from planning to execution and follow-up. - Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and business goals. - Prepare reports, coordinate meetings, and maintain marketing schedules. - Other tasks assigned by line manager or BOD.

Requirements: - AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING ROLES, PREFERABLY WITH EXPOSURE TO BOTH DIGITAL AND TRADITIONAL MARKETING - FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST with strong written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing. - Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. - Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus. - Ability to create and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance. - Experience in planning and coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Creative thinking with attention to detail. - Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for decision-making. - Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
