Work closely with stakeholders across departments: Business Development, Product, Operations, Tech & Data teams to identify, prioritize, and execute against big opportunities.- As the Marketing team is responsible for driving multiple VinID, VinShop, OneHousing projects/ domains, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing landscape and be ready to move with the needs of the business.Scope of work:1. Implementing a rotation program within the first 2 years to assume positions in different functions within the Digital Marketing domain, across companies in the ecosystem including OMD, OMC, and OMRE. This includes, but is not limited to, roles in Performance Marketing, Social Media Strategy, SEO/SEM, CRM, E-stores, etc.2. Participating in intensive training programs for the role3. Playing a crucial role in shaping and executing the organization's digital marketing strategy involves:- Understanding and analyzing online market trends, digital customer behavior, and partner data to identify opportunities for digital marketing initiatives.- Planning and designing targeted digital marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments, ensuring these campaigns align with the digital customer journey and enhance the overall online customer experience.- Organizing and supervising the implementation of digital marketing strategies across various platforms. Proposing innovative ideas to optimize internal processes and enhance digital customer engagement.- Manage and ensure the effectiveness of Paid Performance, CRM (app push notifications, email marketing, web/ app display banner) & SEO- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure constant alignment and consistency between company strategy and budget utilization- Maintaining accurate records of digital marketing activities, progress, and performance outcomes to support data-driven decision-making

Requirement:1 . Degree/Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics or related disciplines2 . Experience:- Minimum 2 years of practical work experience in digital marketing- Working experience in the fields of Real estate, E-commerce, Fintech, Distribution, Retail is an advantage.Strong understanding of Paid Performance, measurement tools & tracking systems ((Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Firebase, GTM, …), CRM and related tools such as app push notifications, email marketing, web, and app display banners.3 .
