Mô Tả Công Việc
- Develop curriculum outline, curriculum content of English programs targeting Pre-K and primary students. Curriculum shall include script, slides, homeworks, class activities…to fulfill learning outcomes
- Co-ordinate with Video Edition team, Product & Design team in order to generate engaged, funny videos and deliver friendly learning experience for kids
- Supervise Junior Curriculum Developers to ensure quality standard and timeline of curriculum development process
- Quality control of curriculum and learning experience on daily basis and identify upgrades required
- Other tasks assigned by the Managing Director and Academics Supervisor
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Academic background and qualification: University degree in English Pedagogy. Master in English Pedagogy and/or extra teaching qualification for ESL are preferred
- At least 2 years in English pedagogy field, candidates with experiences in curriculum developers, online learning are preferred.
- Candidates who are exposed to teaching English for kids from 3 - 11 years old are preferred
- Strong office productivity level
- Advanced communication skill, teamwork, time management
- Eager to learn, ambitious and energetic
- Responsible, hard-working and ready to work to meet deadline
