Senior ERP Consultant (Business Analyst, Odoo)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Consultant to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, project management, and business process optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of leading projects and guiding clients through complex ERP implementations and upgrades.Responsibilities REQUIREMENTS & BUSINESS ANALYSIS Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify client needs, objectives, and challenges for small-sized projects. Develop detailed system requirements and specifications based on client needs. Provide expert guidance on ERP best practices, system configurations, and process optimization. Assist with data migration, system integration, and testing as part of the implementation process. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Lead small-sized discovery and implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system setup, configuration, and customization to align with client business processes. Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports. Proactively manage project risks and resolve issues to ensure smooth execution. Deliver project outcomes on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards and client expectations. Develop and implement change management strategies to drive user adoption of the ERP system. EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION & CLIENT FACING Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end users to ensure successful system adoption. Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot client issues post-implementation in a timely manner. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & MENTORSHIP Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects.
