• To handle main responsibilities in a shift as Shift Leader.
• Initiate to assist Reservation Executive to resolve guest issues and recommend appropriate measures wherever required and process all reservation with accuracy.
• Oversee daily room bookings, constantly working to increase the number of room reservations and maximize revenue for the property.
• Ensure the quality of work in the team meets the expectations of the company.
• Coordinate with related department and ensure response to all special guest requests and make all close follow up accordingly for all guests.
• Maintain record of all bookings and maintain accuracy in same and ensure compliance to all guest demands and manage all inquiries and provide response within required time frame.
• Proficient in all booking procedures and skills, handle various reservation confirmation, handle challenges and guest complaints, able to operate all kinds of equipment and booking system.
• To ensure all reservations are process accurately, update and maintain in an effective and efficient way.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Currently with similar capacity to handle a team of Reservation agents with high volume of incoming calls and emails.
• Able to perform shift work and work during public holidays.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Service oriented and ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal including Mandarin/Cantonese or Korean or Thai as a second language will be an added advantage.
• A good understanding of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
