Senior Finance Business Partner Manager

Responsibilities:- Commercial Finance Partnering: Collaborate with Commercial and Merchandise teams to provide data-driven feedback for better decision-making and governance. Areas of focus include:• Pricing, Gross-to-Net, and front margin analysis• Profitability and gross margin improvement for categories, brands, and SKUs• Supplier trading term analysis and negotiation• Margin management and enhancement• Promotion planning, execution, and claim-back processes• Promotion investment analysis• Space productivity analysis and improvements- Supply Chain Finance & Operations Partnering: Work with various business functions such as Site Selection, Operations, and Supply Chain teams in areas including:• Demand planning and S&OP processes• Supply chain analysis (sourcing, storing, and transportation)• Inventory and SKU management• Store performance analysis- E-commerce P&L management: Collaborate with E-commerce teams to provide insights, highlights through historical data and recommend areas of improvements. Areas of focus include:• Topline and bottom-line items planning and forecasting• Profitability management by channel and by location• Deep-dive direct cost (mall expenses, marketing, delivery expenses)- Lead or participate in providing consistent and insightful business dashboards for targeted users- Participate in budget and latest forecast processes- Join the Finance leadership team to drive significant changes in automation and capability building- Undertake any other tasks or assignments as directed by the CFO
