Senior Finance Planning & Analysis Executive

1. Budget Control & Financial Performance Reporting (30%)Monitor and control budgets and expenses to ensure they stay within approved limits. Propose timely adjustments to optimize financial performance.Assist in preparing periodic analyses (weekly/monthly) on performance vs. budget/forecast to support C-level executives in tracking business performance.Prepare management reports on a monthly basis or as requested.Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.2. Business Performance Review & Monitoring (60%)Assist in developing and reviewing marketing plans, including promotional and non-promotional activities (branding, media, and other marketing expenses).Monitor cost control and evaluate the efficiency of resource utilization, including marketing spend and profit margin, to achieve KPIs such as Total Payment Volume (TPV), revenue, and user growth.Review commercial contracts for assigned business lines.Partner with the Accounting team for month-end closing processes and financial reporting related to marketing and revenue.Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.3. Process Improvement for Financial Management (10%)Participate in building new processes or optimizing existing ones to improve financial performance.Collaborate with the data team and other stakeholders to develop dashboards and reports that enhance the financial management process.
