We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Front-End Developer to join our Marketing team. This role requires an expert in Webflow development and a master of core front-end technologies. You will be responsible for translating design wireframes into functional, high-performance websites. Your work is critical to our digital presence, ensuring our web properties are responsive, visually compelling, and built to the highest standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities:Your primary duties will involve the complete lifecycle of front-end development, from conception to deployment. You will:Design, develop, and deploy responsive websites and landing pages using the Webflow platformImplement custom interactions, animations, and integrations to create dynamic user experiencesCollaborate directly with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless project execution and technical feasibilityGuarantee cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all web applications, performing rigorous testing to identify and resolve issuesMaintain and optimize existing websites for maximum speed, scalability, and securityManage website content and structure within the Webflow CMS, empowering marketing teams with user-friendly toolsStay current with emerging front-end technologies and Webflow platform updates to drive continuous improvementProtect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualifications. These are non-negotiable requirements for consideration.Official Webflow Certification is mandatoryDemonstrable proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)Proven experience building complex, responsive websites from the ground upA strong portfolio showcasing your Webflow projects and front-end development capabilitiesDeep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first developmentAbility to work independently and manage project timelines effectivelyKnowledge of SEO best practices and implementationUnderstanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
