You can find us here: https://redex.ecoYour role & responsibilitiesAs a Software Engineer, your key responsibilities include: Developing innovative system management solutions and automation tools; Self-managed, able to come up solution for technical problem, you are usually handle end-to-end for a feature or even a product; Providing support for service operations also maintaining and enhancing the existing toolset; Supporting automation initiatives in the production environment. Your skills & qualificationsOn Technical Side, we’re looking for a teammate with: Have 3+ years of work experience in front-end developmentProficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript. You may be familiar with state-of-the-art front end library or frameworks like ReactJs, VueJs; Strong understanding of SASS/CSS, have experience writing UI library Have knowledge about state management Context or libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex); Have experience writing unit tests is a plus; Working experience with Git, Swagger, Figma…; Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement; Experience with working with RDBMS such as SQL Server or MySQL will be an added bonus; Experience in .NET or Nodejs is a plus; Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field; We’d love to have you from 3 years of experience in software development for front-end, but absolutely open to talents; Ability to work independently or with a group with good time management skills; Demonstrate your problem-solving capabilities by effectively managing multiple projects concurrently, leveraging your strong analytical skills; Self-motivated and an A team player; You’re expected to be comfortable working in a team, treating your peers with respect and dignity, willing to receive & give feedback to grow both personally and as an engineer.  Ability to communicate effectively in English; Benefits for you Performance Management – Assess based on the Company's Performance Management Plan annually; 18 days off in a calendar year; Performance review twice a year; Premium Healthcare; Great allowances (parking, birthday, happy hours, promotion…); Outing/team-building activities (company trip, sports club…); Monthly Gross Salary will be 100% for insurance and income tax purposes; Probation Period: Two (2) Months with 100% monthly gross salary; Other benefits as stated in Vietnamese Labor Law; Training opportunity: both technical and soft skills to develop your career path;
