About Seamless.insure:Seamless.insure is an end-to-end SaaS-based insurance management platform designed to empower underwriters and distributors with efficiency, compliance, and superior customer experiences. Our platform is adaptable, innovative, and crafted to address the complexities of the insurance sector.We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in NodeJS, AWS, and modern development frameworks. The role focuses on ensuring a high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codebase, working closely with developers to guide best practices, improve performance, and drive innovation.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, review, and maintain backend services using NestJS and TypeScriptContribute to frontend development using Angular as part of fullstack feature deliveryOptimize performance across APIs, databases, caching, and AWS infrastructureLead code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior developersCollaborate with product and delivery teams in Agile development environmentsDrive improvements in CI/CD, system reliability, and technical documentationEvaluate and introduce technologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency

Must-Have5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a complex development environmentSolid experience in Node.js with NestJS, and strong proficiency in TypeScriptExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs and complex microservices-based systemsExperience working with Angular or similar frontend frameworksHands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectureFamiliarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with unit testing, integration testing, and testable code structureExperience working in Agile teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWell-versed in writing structured, maintainable, and clean codeGood English communication skillsNice-to-HaveFamiliarity with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)Domain knowledge in insurance or CRM systemsExperience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost productivity and code quality
