- Contact with team members in Japan headquarter.
- Clarify requirement
- Build, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software/system for internal projects
- Identify team issues, suggest solutions, risk management
- Manage developer team in Vietnam
- Review source code and guide developer
- Support interview for team member selection
- Follow, train, valuate fresher and junior developers
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3~4 years’ experience as a Full stack Developer, expertise in both Frontend and Backend coding environments, development frameworks, and libraries
- Proficient experience of PHP, Laravel, OOP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript AJAX, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL…), Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, UML…
- Be experienced in frameworks: PHP frameworks (Laravel framework...)
- Experience in review source code and guide developer
- Experience in architect design
- Ability to design, build, develop RESTful APIs.
- Ability to research and access new technologies quickly
- Communication skill in verbal and written English.
- Have planning and managing task skill
- Can do both teamwork and independent work effectively
- Can work under high pressure
- Japanese N3 or higher
