Must-Have:Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action and ownership.Quick to pick up new frameworks, libraries, and tooling as the stack evolves..At least 4 years of real-world experience in software development.Familiarity with macOS or Linux for development and deployment tasks.Hands-on experience or working knowledge in our core stack is required; full expertise in one side (FE or BE) is acceptable:Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch.Frontend: React.js, Redux, Redux-Saga, Reselect, React Hooks.Commitment to code quality:Strong experience in code reviews.Familiarity with unit testing best practices.Growth mindset: Ready to grow rapidly as the company scales several times a year. Nice-to-Have (Plus):Deep understanding of Webpack, including code splitting, asset optimization, and custom configurations.Strong foundation in computer science: Data structures, algorithms, design patterns.Experience in DevOps tasks: Deployment, scaling, monitoring, and performance tuning.Familiarity with microservices architecture.
