Senior Game Artist

***KNOWLEDGE:• Have domain knowledge in the game development process.• Strong technical foundation in visual design and user experience (UX).• In-depth understanding of design principles, visuals, color theory, and user psychology.• Knowledge of design language: materials, color, space, lighting, depth, movement, etc.• Solid understanding of concept art and environment design.• Knowledge of 2D animation effects.***SKILL:• Strong art technical skills; experience with 3D and 2D animation.• Ability to define and guide the team’s art style direction, and to evaluate and give feedback on team members’ artworks.• AI adoption mindset: able to apply generative AI tools and maintain a positive, forward-thinking perspective on AI integration in the creative process.• Demonstrate strong leadership & management skill.• Proficient in English, equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher.• At least 5 years of experience as a Game Artist.***ABILITIES:• Strong Emotional Intelligence is significant.• Keen artistic eye and attention to detail.• Pioneering spirit with creative and unique thinking.• Ability to receive constructive criticism and implement amendments based on feedback.• Experience working under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines.• Excellent communication and teamwork to effectively collaborate with team members.• Willingness to share ideas and knowledge.• Growth mindset: Can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and persistence in the face of setbacks.• Ability to adapt to various art genres, themes, and styles.• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.***PLUS POINT (NICE TO HAVE):• A strong interest in Puzzle and Casual games art is a plus.• A love of playing mobile games and sensitivity to the user experience is a plus.• Certification in UX Design is advantageous.• Understanding of various game genres and trends is a plus.
