Senior Game Design

Assign tasks and provide development direction for Game Designers.Create training plans and mentorship strategies to enhance the skills of Game Designers.Collaborate with the Production Lead to develop plans for new game projects.Define design documentation guidelines for Game Designers, or directly produce design documents when needed.Monitor or actively participate in projects to ensure progress aligns with planned milestones.Communicate effectively with developers to propose and refine game data design solutions.Review and validate gameplay metrics adjusted by Game Designers, or directly balance the game parameters of assigned projects.
