At Euroland IR, we are committed to innovation, client success, and setting the highest standards in IR technology. We are seeking Senior Graphic and Web Designers to join our creative team and elevate our design standards across UI/UX, product, and website design initiatives (70%). The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on design expertise to drive innovation in both user experience and visual communication across digital products. Key Responsibilities• Design and deliver high-quality visual solutions for Investor Relations and website projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and objectives.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites and digital products.• Establish and maintain design systems, standards, and best practices across all our tools and websites• Drive the development and implementation of user-centered design processes• Conduct user research, functionality testing, and gather feedback for improvement in the designs• Conduct and analyze UX research to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction• Develop and optimize design strategies for investor relations materials and communications• Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative design solutions to the organization• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to ensure professional growth and consistency in design outputs.
