The Senior Host plays a key role in ensuring that all guests receive personalized and exceptional service. This position involves overseeing day-to-day guest interactions, leading by example, and assisting in the training and mentoring of hosts. The Senior Host is integral in executing loyalty and promotional programs and in ensuring that the highest standards of hospitality are maintained.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring each guest feels valued and appreciated.
- Lead and mentor the host team, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Handle escalated guest issues and resolve them efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support the Assistant Host Manager in executing loyalty programs, promotional events, and other guest engagement activities.
- Monitor guest feedback, identify trends, and communicate them to the Assistant Host Manager for further action.
- Assist in training new hosts, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high standards of service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of all club events, promotions, and offerings to provide accurate information to guests.
- Act as a point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Assist in managing the membership database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of guest information.
- Participate in the promotion of special events through direct guest interaction, including phone calls and personal invitations.
- Develop strong relationships with repeat guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Ensure that all guest service areas are maintained in an orderly and presentable condition.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a focus on guest relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a customer service team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean are an asset.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma is required; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
