Senior HR & Admin Executive is be responsible for execution & support HR & Admin Director in overall HR management: recruitment, compensation & benefit, training & development, labor relations, health and safety, company policy and procedures.
1. Recruitment:
• Responsible for monitor whole recruitment process: Prepare JD, post job, screen CV, conducts the interviews; orientation training
2. C&B and HRMS
• Responsible for monthly payroll, allowances, and bonuses following company policies & laws
• Responsible for all issues related to SHUI & PIT.
• Make periodically reports for relevant authorities
• Monitor labor contract, employee profile & data base, reward, and discipline record on time and accurately (Hard copies & HRMS)
• Manage HRMS & support HRM to build & adjust the system
• Manage documents related to foreign employees: visa, work permit, residence card....
3. Staff relation & Event:
• Support HR & Admin Director in management of employee relationship (study information, thoughts, comments, difficulties… of employees, reports to HR & Admin Director)
• Supervise staff’s compliance of company policy / regulation/ procedure
• Responsible for company’s event
4. Others:
• Train/ supervise Admin cum HR staff
• Support HR & Admin Director in update the relating laws and in building policies, processes, templates
• Other tasks requested by HR & Admin Director and Board of Director

• FLUENTLY IN ENGLISH is the MUST
• Bachelor Degree - PREFER ACCOUNTING MAJOR
• At least 4-6 years experiences of overall HR
• Good understand of Vietnam Labor Law, Law of social insurance, law of tax is a must
• Very good at MS Office literate, especially Excel, Google drive, Power Point, Outlook
• Understanding of relevant HR policies and procedures
• Honest, careful, high responsibility
• Good interpersonal skill, Problem solving, team work
