- Manage timely payments of monthly salaries, allowances, overtime (OT), incentives, SHUI (Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance), PIT (Personal Income Tax), and final payments for employees.- Monitor employee timesheets/attendance and reconcile with payroll.- Follow up on annual leave balances for accurate payment.- Handle maternity and convalescence procedures with the Social Insurance Department.- Prepare and submit labor status reports to DOLISA and other periodic reports related to labor and social insurance as required by law.- Manage employees' PIT matters, including PIT codes and registration for dependent deductions.- Handle PIT declarations and finalizations in coordination with the HR Manager.- Create, maintain, and file employee documentation; ensure accuracy of the personnel database and employee information.- Process personnel changes such as promotions, terminations, transfers, and salary adjustments upon request.- Manage general healthcare insurance for employees.- Oversee labor contracts and employee-related decisions.- Track staff performance appraisals, contract renewals, and updates on promotions or transfers.- Prepare and submit periodic reports.- Handle tasks related to employee relations, including communication with staff, conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining a positive working environment.- Assist in investigating and resolving employee complaints, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws.- Coordinate with relevant departments and/or legal advisors in handling labor disputes or issues involving authorities (e.g., mediation, labor inspection, etc.).- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
