Mô Tả Công Việc
- Be in charge all HR activities: timesheet, payroll, personal income tax (both Vietnamese and foreigner is advantage), social insurance, labor contract, termination, etc. - Make report: headcount, OT, manpower, cost ….
- Process recruitments for all Departments
- Be responsible for general admin tasks (office facilities, …)
- Involve in other HR activities such as recruiting, training, C&B, employee relations directly.
- Implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values
- Manages and maintenances the HR’s system.
- Monitoring/Updating employee information/data and organization chart of the company
- Ensure the relevant policies and procedures of the Company are up to date in line with current labor law.
- Deal with disciplinary and HR issues.
- Support implementation of employee engagement initiatives
- coordinating employee get-togethers
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager and BOD if any.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree from university
- At least 3 years working experiences in HR, TA role
- Good at English - C&B experience is a must, at least 3 years of relevant working
- Experience in other HR functions is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, good analytical thinking, good communication skill
