Senior HVAC Engineer

General description: Overall responsibility for profit, expenses, operating activities, work quality, provision service, project status of Mechanical and Electrical Studio.Consult and provide the functional area of projects at Mechanical and Electrical field. Details duties: Review, comment and assume responsibility for management of scale projects including: cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets.Design engineering for equipment such as tank, column, heat exchanger, pump, conveyer including technical specification, datasheet, drawing, etc.Site survey and assist with the development of the inspection process for the MEP works at site.Record, advise line manager and record where applicable any works not carried out in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Understand the risk and handle situations arising.Interact and participate in meetings with internal studio and external clients at middle to senior levels.Other tasks as required by the company or direct manager.
