● Coordinate with production/QC/Log/Maintenance to plan optimal manpower● Propose direct and indirect manpower recruitment scenarios based on Production Plan; monitor other KPIs related to manpower (HPU, Performance, OEE, routing,…)● Based on existing routing data on SAP to find bottlenecks/areas to optimize line performance● Study standard times, calculate capacity and number of personnel to ensure new production and process plans● Continuously analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with other teams to improve productivity.● Create/maintain/update standard times for items in SAP, including Process Sequence, Material Allocation, Tool Assignment, Maintain Material Scrap Rate, Standard Times using SAP Knowledge (Global Standard Time Database)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Have university degree (priority given to technical majors); have at least 03 years of working experience in the production ● Have at least 2 years or more in industrial engineering activities, continuous improvement.● Flexible and adaptable, ready to adapt to changes in work and always ready to take on new tasks● Have a positive attitude, always complete work on time● Good control of work pressure● Communication, training, multi-department cooperation skills● Critical thinking & problem solving● Teamwork skills - able to work in a team and confidently express opinions● Understanding of knowledge about quality systems, continuous improvement (PDCA)● Understanding of the engineering industry, automotive technology● Have knowledge of production processes, labor personnel● Have experience using Tools in IE, knowledge and experience of MTM (Method Time Measurement)"
