Senior IT Business Analyst

- Gathering and completion of business requirements, conduct cost/benefits analysis- Consult business needs, negotiate with business and suggest solutions- Active role in definition of IT solutions with business- Defining excellent documentation and users’ stories, highly and efficiently maintain the team’s backlog- Cooperate with local and also foreign development teams on delivery- Participation on system and acceptance testing to assure the quality standards- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer- Assess the project risks and work on the mitigation strategies to ensure that the software development process progresses smoothly and meets project goals- Have the knowledge of most business processes/information systems in the company- Sole responsibility for small and medium tasks- Participation on IT and business projects- Determine best practices, principals and promote them across the organization- Provide guidance, training, and mentoring for new BA specialist- Contribute to build team’s culture/process/standard- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior business analyst, and other team members- Assess the impact of changes to existing software systems, provide recommendations, and help manage or improve the change process
