About This RoleWe're seeking a talented Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team building high-performance financial systems. You'll work with modern technologies and frameworks while contributing to large-scale products that serve major financial institutions across Asia.What You'll Do
Develop robust applications using Java technologies with our proprietary in-house framework
Architect and optimize database solutions across multiple DBMS platforms to process high-volume financial data efficiently
Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies to enhance system performance and scalability
Collaborate on complex projects with detailed requirements and technical challenges discussed during the interview process

What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
1-2 years of backend development experience with strong Java fundamentals
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
Hands-on experience with enterprise databases (DB2, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL solutions
Proficiency with version control systems (Git, SVN)
Experience with development tools including Jira, Jenkins, Ant, or Maven
Linux scripting and command-line proficiency
Strong English communication skills for our international environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in financial services or securities trading systems
API development experience (RESTful services, SOAP/XML)
Desktop application development with Java Swing
Native SQL and stored procedure expertise
Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural teams
