Senior Java Developer

Yêu cầu ứng viên Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize low latency, high throughput systems for trading applications.Work on multithreaded, lock-free, and concurrent architectures to ensure system reliability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and highly available systems.Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize Java applications, focusing on GC tuning, thread management, and performance bottlenecks.Implement and maintain connectivity using protocols such as FIX (preferably in FX trading) or similar.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategies.Skills & Qualifications:Java Expertise:Strong knowledge of Core Java (threading, garbage collection, deployment, troubleshooting).In-depth understanding of the JVM internals and performance tuning.Hands-on experience with Maven or similar build tools.Data Structures & Algorithms:Strong foundation in data structures and their applications in real-world systems.Expertise in developing lock-free and concurrent systems.Low Latency Systems:Proven experience in high-frequency trading systems or similar low-latency domains.Familiarity with scalability and high-availability strategies.Protocol Knowledge:Working knowledge of the FIX protocol, especially in FX trading (preferred but not mandatory).Familiarity with other connectivity protocols is a plus.Architecture & Design:Experience with system design and architecture, including distributed systems.Ability to deliver innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.Preferred Attributes:Passionate about mechanical sympathy and optimizing system performance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-driven, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
