Senior LAB Specialist - Footwear

THE ROLE: GLOBAL QUALITY STANDARDS EXPERTJoin Deckers Outdoor, a global leader in footwear, and become a critical expert in our supply chain. You will be responsible for implementing and controlling product testing standards, ensuring material and finished goods quality across our T1/T2 lab network and partners, contributing to world-class product integrity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Standards Leadership: Implement, monitor, and ensure strict adherence to Deckers’ Test Methods and Standards across assigned T1 (Factory) and T2 (Accredited Supplier) labs.• Audit & Training: Conduct regular audits and provide comprehensive training and certification to lab technicians/leaders at manufacturing sites.• In-Depth Data Analysis: Track, collect, and analyze testing data from various labs to provide technical solutions and resolve complex quality issues.• Strategic Project Support: Assist in the deployment of global initiatives, including LTS optimization, BIS audits, and Enterprise Standards (ES/SASO) implementation.• Methodology Enhancement: Research, propose, and update Deckers’ existing test methods to meet the evolving demands of new materials and footwear constructions.
