We are looking for Senior / Lead Java Backend Developers to build and scale backend systems for high-performance online games.You will work on real-time services, high-concurrency systems, and scalable server architecture.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services for online games.Build high-performance and scalable server systems.Implement real-time communication using WebSocket or socket-based protocols.Optimize backend systems to handle high concurrency and large numbers of players.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability.Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, and QA to integrate gameplay features.Maintain and improve existing backend systems.Additional Responsibilities (Lead Level)Design and guide backend system architecture.Provide technical leadership and mentoring for backend developers.Coordinate technical direction and ensure development milestones are met.Promote best practices in coding standards, performance, and scalability.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Required SkillsStrong experience with Java backend development.Experience building backend servers using Netty, Jetty, or similar frameworks.Experience with WebSocket or socket-based communication.Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization in Java.Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.Experience designing scalable and distributed backend systems.Experience by LevelSenior Developer5+ years of backend development experience.Experience designing scalable backend services.Ability to independently solve complex technical problems.Lead Developer7+ years of backend development experience.Experience leading backend projects or mentoring developers.Strong system architecture design capability.Nice to HaveExperience building game backend systems.Experience working with high-concurrency servers.Experience with distributed systems or microservices architecture.Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
