ABOUT THE ROLE:The LIFT Product Owner role is solution focused role. It is pivotal in ensuring our solutions in developed and deployed to enable the company and product strategy.We’re looking for a Product Owner who will take ownership LIFT platform. You’ll guide the platform's design and ensure delivery is aligned with our goals.To be successful at the role, the Product Owner will need to be familiar the, LIFT strategy, and become a LIFT subject matter expert.The Product Owner is a critical member of LIFT and is an active member of the leadership team delivering a combination of leadership and hands on operational execution. The role focuses on product strategy and delivery, with key responsibilities including:Product Releases: Ensure timely delivery of product releases that align with both product vision and strategic goals.No-code Design Discipline: Refine and groom requirements to develop scalable, reusable generic components.Development Execution: Provide clear and proactive guidance on development objectives, ensuring practical and effective solutions.Product Quality: Take ownership of the QA process to guarantee high-quality standards across all releases.Team Leadership: Maintain and optimize team workflows, fostering efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Restaff Caretaker: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team—ensuring smooth collaboration, clear alignment, high-quality delivery, and a positive, motivating work environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:LIFT Platform:Establish and maintain a full, understanding all components, functionally & options available in the platform.Identify and share potential platform improvements.Become a LIFT No Code subject matter expertProduct strategy and design:Collaborate with product management to shape product strategy and design.Specifications development and grooming, ensuring alignment with product goals.Maintain and evolve system documentation and operational processes to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.Product Quality and Release Management:Ensure that the quality of all releases, are of a production quality and ensure that they enable the customers operation processes.Manager and ensure that the release schedule is maintained.Product Backlog Management:Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed as No code components.Collaborate with Product Manger to agree on prioritisation.Team Leadership and Development:Act and Restaff Team caretaker.Lead development team, providing direction, support, and mentorship.Foster a product mindset within the team, emphasizing user-centric design and business value.
