Senior Leasing & Floor Operation Executive

Job Title: Senior Sales Management AssistantMain Duties: Leasing, Tenants OperationWorking Time: 5 days/week, 40 hours/week Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi is currently seeking a dynamic and talented Leasing & Operation Executive to join our shopping mall management team. This role is responsible for managing tenant relationships, leasing retail spaces, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the mall.1. Leasing & Lease Agreement- Keep track with retail market to create potential vendor list in categories - Maintain and build up partnership with current tenants and potential tenants to evaluate business performance plan and strategies of them- Build and report T&C policy for each tenant; Draft and negotiate to finalize T&C, and Tenancy Agreement, MOU- Proceed extension or termination of Tenancy Agreement with tenants on expiry date and proceed related procedures- Resolve requests for support of tenants related to T&C and lease contracts during the contract execution- Evaluate operation efficiency of brands in our store to make replacement plan, thereby maximize profit and improve image of our company2. Floor Operation- Floor checking: Supervise hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time- Control product quality, prices, TAG, visual merchandise of the brands in charge; Managing the demand-supply of the products- Collaborate with Customer Service team to train and supervise brand staff to follow Lotte Mall regulation- Collaborate with Customer Service team and related departments to solve customer complaint and any other arising problems quickly and effectively3. Event Marketing- Collecting brands’ promotions monthly and supporting posting on Lotte channels (Social page, Website, Kiosk, App, etc.)- Operating with tenants to work with other departments on proposing brands’ events and ensuring that the events run smoothly, increase the brand’s image and boost revenue- Organizing monthly events of the F&B category in cooperation with tenants and internal departments- Analyzing each event and promotions’ result to continuously improve
