Senior Legal Specialist

Job OverviewVPS Securities is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Specialist to join our Legal and Compliance team in Hanoi. The ideal candidate will bring deep legal expertise, especially within the financial services sector, to support a fast-paced and evolving business environment. You will provide strategic legal guidance, review and negotiate complex contracts, and help ensure regulatory compliance across all business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal advice and support to various business units on a wide range of commercial, regulatory, and contractual matters.Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of legal documents, including sales contracts, service agreements, and corporate transactions.Collaborate closely with internal departments, external partners, and third-party vendors to manage legal risks and support business goals.Monitor regulatory developments and advise on legal issues related to new products, services, and business initiatives.Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.Support strategic projects and transactions, including M&A, partnerships, and corporate governance matters.Engage and coordinate with external counsel as needed to ensure high-quality legal services.Work closely with the investor relations and product teams to ensure client communications comply with legal and regulatory standards.Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the legal team and across the company.
