Senior Livestream Performance Analyst

Requirements:1. Education background requirements: BA/BS in Information Technology or related fields.2. Experience/Industry requirements:  Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or data engineering roles  Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing strongly preferred  Knowledge of livestreaming platforms and services is a plus  3. Competency requirements: Technical Must-haves: Expert proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI  Experience with data analytics and engineering tools (AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, Airflow, pandas)  Business Must-haves: Strong business acumen with ability to apply domain knowledge to analytical work  Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of identifying insights, challenges, and opportunities through data and numbers  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation abilities  Resilient under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications:Proven stakeholder management skills with experience working effectively with senior leaders across functions Project management experience: planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating projects, including team coordination
