Senior Maintenance Manager for Automatic Warehouse

Are you passionate about working for a company whose products bring happiness to millions of children and adults all over the globe.Bring your leadership skills and equipment maintenance expertise to contribute HBW at LEGO® Manufacturing Vietnam!This role will be working at Binh Duong.Play your part in our team succeedingHBW – Automated warehouse is part of the Logistic within the factory and it play the key role to receive, store and supply LEGO® bricks from/to productions.HBW Senior Manager leads the HBW team within the factory to fulfil the planned goals while simultaneously complying with the principles of quality and work safety.Core Responsibilities:Manages a team of technicians and operators within Moulding logistics as HBW - Automated Warehouse, Raw Material Warehouse and P-box washerIs responsible for all entrusted equipment and its maintenanceDrives spare parts strategy and navigates the team to optimize the stock level. At the same time, he/she ensures that critical parts are delivered on timeIs responsible for smooth flow of LEGO® bricks, P-boxes and non production material across the factory based on the demand and needsIs responsible for HBW operations to constantly deliver S, Q, D, C, P (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People) and related KPIsReporting HBW KPIs to factory LT huddleAs a role model support others by leading with example, support team culture and cohesion through role modellingBuild and maintain strong collaboration with equipment suppliersEnsures all corporate strategy and plan alignment goals are metLeadership, motivation and development of entire teamProcess and performance management of daily operationsResponsible to react on demand and ensure timely recruitment to the HBW teamDisciplined implementation of basic PPC processes: PRP, PMP, IDPResponsible for attendance compliance in the systemProactively communicate with stakeholders to create and maintain great collaborationUsing data analyses to improve processes, daily operation and KPIsExecuting process confirmations to keep the high performance of the HBW teamLeads safety and 5S inspections within the department to strive the complianceUsing Continues Improvement tools to improve and sustain HBW operationsFollows escalation proceduresApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
