            We are seeking for a detail-oriented and analytical Management Accountant to support our manufacturing finance operations. This role plays a critical part in analyzing costs, supporting budgeting processes, and driving process improvements to enhance financial and operational performance.- Cost control & analysis: + Assist in the annual budgeting process and oversee expenditure within the business to ensure that expenditure is in line with budgets. + Analyze financial data to evaluate business profitability and growth, including labor variances, overhead cost variances, and departmental budget performance. + Conduct detailed analysis of material costs and follow up on job close variances. + Perform personnel cost analysis, including labor rate and labor (production) efficiency review. + Monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX) funding and department spending & provide variance analysis to management as needed. + Track actual production KPIs versus targets and monitor progress on improvement plans. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing of costing journals. + Prepare accurate and timely management reports to support decision-making. - Inventory Management + Review and inventory health (aging), stock adjustments, shortage/surplus inventory and other inventory activities + Review and analysis inventory costing; coordinate with departments to ensure accurate system entries. - Process & System Enhancement + Participate in systems and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational and financial efficiency. + Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager, including the system enhancement and process build-up

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc
                - A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, while a Master's degree in these fields or professional certifications like ACCA, CFA, or CMA are highly advantageous.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operation finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment. - Experience working in Big 4 accounting firm is an advantage.- Fluent in English, both spoken and written skills - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) is a plus.- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to deliver results. - Proficient in financial reporting and data analysis with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.- Eagerness to learn and a proactive mindset to embrace challenges and grow professionally. - Willingness to work at the Dau Giay (Dong Nai) or Cu Chi (HCMC)
