Senior Manager (Japanese N2+)

As a Senior Manager, you will define business plans for your group and lead offshore business activities, including sales support, opportunity analysis, pre-study, implementation, and upgrade projects for both existing and new customers. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a group of managers, ensuring smooth offshore operations, achieving business targets, and overseeing projects end-to-end with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and contractual compliance.  Lead and manage offshore delivery teams across multiple projects.Execute business and delivery plans aligned with division and company objectives.Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, on time, within budget and scope.Monitor delivery performance, including quality, risks, changes, and financial status, and report to division leadership.Act as a key escalation point for delivery and customer-related issues.Maintain effective communication with customers (especially Japanese clients) and internal stakeholders.Build, mentor, and develop managers and key members through performance management and career development.Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, quality standards, and operational KPIs.Support pre-sales, estimation, and proposal reviews when required.Take on additional responsibilities to support operational and organizational improvement.
